Digital files may be sent to us via email, along with any instructions. We would prefer the uploaded files be the exact size and dimension of the print you are ordering, and at 300 dpi. Please upload your file through a file sharing service like WeTransfer that can handle the transmission of high-resolution files. Our email address for sending files is mythmattermedia @sbcglobal.net Files may also be delivered via snail mail or in person, saved on a dvd or flash drive. Be sure to provide your email and phone number in case we have any questions.
Blowing up Prints We do offer a service free of charge to blow up smaller files so bigger prints can be made with minimal quality loss. However, keep in mind there are limits to how much a print can be enlarged beyond its native resolution without significant loss of detail. Native resolution refers to the in-camera size of the file or the scan, prior to any enlarging in Photoshop beyond its original megapixel capacity.
Our prices include an optional smaller test print so colors, saturation, etc. can be checked and adjustments made before the final print is generated. You may pick up the test print or have it sent to you. There is a $10.00 surcharge to cover shipping for mail delivery of test prints. If you prefer to stop by in-person to examine the test print, it is often possible to print your final art while you wait, depending on the size of your order. Please call to make an appointment. Test prints can also be approved via email.
Finished prints can be shipped or picked up at our studio in the Altadena foothills. Cost of shipping prints varies with weight and size (see price list).
If ordering in person at our studio, a 50 percent deposit is required if you are picking up the final print(s) at a later date, or having them mailed. Time permitting, we prefer to generate the final print immediately after the test print is approved if you are at the studio.
For mail orders requiring no test print, the full amount is due upon ordering. Your print will be shipped to you the following business day via Priority Mail. For mail orders that included a previously mailed test print, the full amount is due upon approval of the test print. Your balance will be charged upon approval of the test print, in writing via email.
Allow 3 to 7 days for all deliveries.
Payments can be made through Pay Pal for online orders. Credit cards are also accepted. All forms of payment are accepted in person. California State tax is applied to all orders. There is a minimum $50.00 order on all jobs.
